the cleaning was an absolute disaster. my first room had a dirty toilet, and the second one was not much better! also, the reception staff couldn't care less when i raised my concerns. i woudl ve been expecting at least a complimentary upgrade after all of this, but of course, that didn't happen. why bother being special?

We had a blast chilling by the pool, and the kids loved the water slides! The bar by the pool had a pretty good vibe, but it got crowded in the evenings. The room was decently clean but could use a bit more attention. All in all, perfect family getaway with fun activities!
